I only ever book DIY, never used Sunstar Leisure though, looking on their site they are members of the Travel Trust which states that it offers travellers complete financial protection so that should give you some confidence. Don't worry I am sure things will go ok they always have for me using several different companies for accomodation, don't forget your transfers they can add a bit to Alcudia.

we did jupiter this summer on a diy, did it direct with the hotel so can't comment on the company you booked with but not a problem at all. we saved over £500 on a party of 3 purely because of the fact the hotel didn't penalise me for wanting a single room.

i would email the hotel close to your arrival to find out which hotel you're in and also to let them know if you'r going to be arriving late, i think on their site they asked for arrivals after 6pm to let them know, we arrived just after 11pm. we're looking at going back next september, direct again and again saving a small fortune, so much so that we're even paying to stop 1 night in magaluf when we go to see pirates and do the waterpark.

As with any bookings over the net -- if you dont know the company, dont risk it -- you will probably save as much using a well known company, and no sleepless nights of worry -- Check the prices with other firms and if you are making a big saving with only one company -- wonder why

Hi, I used this company when I booked several years ago through teletext. We were picked up from the airport and taken to the Saturno in a minibus all to oursleves which was great. The only problem was that no-one picked us up to go home and we were late for our flights, resulting in our family being split opposite ends of the plane, 2 crying babies and one bag between us.
