Silly I know ....

Just had a shower, shave and ... couple of glasses of wine. Checked HT on the computer, brought myself up to date with everything and now heading out the door going to the airport. By the time many of you read this I will be either at the airport, in the air or lying by the poolside at Club Turquoise, Marmaris with a cool Efes in hand. If you have already had your hols this year I hope you had a great time, if you have still to go I equally hope you have a great time. Will post some sort of tale when I get home.

Awww, well if you've gone have a great time. Mine's been and gone but I don't begrudge you yours!

We might have glorious sunshine here, but we don't have a pool (well I don't!), we don't have the mediterrean right in front of us, we don't have a bar a few steps away and consequently we most certainly don't have Efes on tap!

Hope you have a brilliant holiday Wilson, and anybody else heading accross now, you know of course you will have a good time otherwise you would'nt be going I'm sure, our trip was fabulous this year, my little girl has been begging to go back she had such a good time, "please can we go back in August?", does'nt seem to realize money has to be earned and must be spent on other thing's sometimes, like her school uniform, a well, there's always next year and if not at least we had a really really good time over there this year, good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you read this (assuming there's no internet access at your hotel) you'll be back with your photo's and a bundle of memories. We fly out on the 7th August and we'll be in exactly the same mood as you. Mind you our hotel only has Tuborg which is not the same as Efes but what the heck it's Turkey and we love it - even though we only went last year for the first time.

Have a FAB holiday. Can't wait till it's our taxi to the airport time - yipee

Oh my god,we can't go this year

as we have just moved.I will read everybodys postings to try and keep the holiday spirit,but I will certainly miss Marmaris and Hibiscus this year.August is bound to drag,have a goodun Wilson and have a few Efes for me everyone

Hi all

Club Turquoıse this year has internet access. Just the job when I take my wee break from the sun. Will do a full update when I get home but so far everything ıs fantastic as usual. Got through the new airport terminal quite quickly so they seem to be getting their problems sorted out. Met up with many of our Turkish friends already and even had a visıt from oldest daughter who came over from Rhodes to see us. Only into it a few days but already shaping up for a great holiday.

It's like winter here on the Wirral. Cold, gale force winds and rain. It's been like that all week and forcast again for tomorrow :cry:

Had a bad review on Sun City thread but considering the weather here - all I need is the sun. :lol:
