We were googling hotel reviews in india and found this site ,we think it is really good
jubileepat and andy
I was just going through searches on Goa and it came up, and has since been a fantastic source of information, but most of all I have made so many friends from the forum, some who I recently met up with for the weekend in Nottingham.
simple Fiona, as long as most adecuate info is provided by people who have actually experienced the "thing" all there was to ask google "goa forums". and afterwards there was a choice of three serious forums - and the choice was easy :-)
I can't even remember how I found it {age} but got to have my fix everyday
I found it when I was googling for reviews of the Silver Sands Hotel!! Took me a while to join up though!
Was told about this site by my sister who is a lurker, to this day shes still not become a member She says she shy! Cant be a relative of mine
I came across this site when looking up information regarding our holiday to Goa.
Found it when checking hotel reviews.
enjoyed it every day I have looked at it.
Nice friendly people ,sensible mods, and without any of the name calling or arguments that you get on most sites.
Gotta be the best of its kind
I guess it depends on which thread your onsensible mods,
only use Turkey and Goa, and the mods are fantastic
Great source of info so registered straight away and made my first couple of posts - just can't believe how much information is on here.
Anyway, within a couple of hours I had booked through lastminute for a two week break in Calangute leaving on the 8th December from Manchester. First time visit to Goa and a single traveller too - must admit a bit nervous already!!
Jusy got to queue up in Birmingham now for the visa. GP booked for Monday for the jabs!
Still can't believe I am going only two weeks tomorrow.
Bodger, welcome, your really enjoy Goa, dosen't matter being a single traveller, your soon make friends out there, Tony.
Holiday Truths was recommended by a friend and I always recommend it to other people I only tend to look at the Goa site but have looked at others when venturing to other countries. The Goa site is great for gossip and just finding out whats going on.
Hi Bodger we are also leaving on 8 December from Gatwick for three weeks. Am sure you will love Goa and trust me you will make friends. Where are you staying, we have a bungalow in Anjuna but spend a lot of time in Calangute and Baga as thats were we stayed on our first few trips.
I am flying from Manchester on the 8th, staying at Senhor Angelo in Calangute for two weeks.
Bodger
