I am staying in this Apart/Hotel for winter season.
Kaan Apart is located between Pineta and Pineta Deluxe. Room sizes are huge. Beds are clean. staffs are friendly. it is 200 meters to beach and bars. 5 minutes to shopping centre(Migros) by walk.

hi me and my fiancee are going on holiday in two week
just wondering if any body can tell us wats good around there and if there is a water park!
would it be good to get a car for a couple of days

Danny The waterpark only 2 minutes to Kaan Apart. There is only Pineta Hotel between Kaan Apart and Waterpark. Ask Mehmet the boss of Kaan Apart he will help u about it. New market is also around Kaan Apart

Has any one stayed at the Kaan Apartments this year?

If so can you tell me if they have a childrens pool ?

Or if not is the main pool Shallow at one end for young kiddies to play in

we have booked to stay in the Kaan apartemnts on 21st Sep , I'm just wondering if anyone has stayed this year. I've heard good and bad reviews about them. Any advice on location or anything gratefully received.

I have stayed in the Kaan apartments several times but not recently, although we did visit them last year. . They are situated in Siteler area of Marmaris back off the main road. You are near the Green Nature and Pineta hotels and 2 mins from a mosque! 5 minute walk will take you to the main road where you can easily get a dolmus along to the Marina/Bar Street area. It will take about 10 mins. Alternatively you can go in the other direction to reach Icmeler, which is approximately 15 mins away. The huge MIGROS supermarket is within wallking distance, there is also a waterpark very near.

I am sure you will have a great time there as most of the recent reviews are good. I do remember once being in a studio at the top which had a sloping roof. My husband constantly complained about banging his head. If you have a 1 bedroom apartment you should be fine.

The beach is within wallking distance and theres plenty of bars/restaurants within minutes. I liked this part of Marmaris.

Hi can anyone tell me how far away it is from the the point centre. Is it anywhere near the grand azur

Kaan aparts are located in Siteler area right next to the Green Nature (which has a sign above it that you can see from a distance). Walk from Kaan down to the main road and turn left. As you walk along you will see the Grand Azur on the right hand side and a minute or two further on you will see MIGROS on the left. You are not far at all from Point Centre. Its a bit past the Grand Azur.
