Off to Kenya in 4 weeks. In the Med we use Mosquito Milk which is 20% deet and has always worked even on me who before we discovered Mosquito Milk was always bitten. Would this be ok in Kenya or would we be better using one with a higher deet content?

Deet based mosquito repellents are known to offer the longest duration against mosquito bites as opposed to soy-bean and IR. Thus as an individual on the ground, I'd recommend a deet based repellent of a higher percentage concentration. A 20% concentration should give you about five hours of protection.

Thanks.
We used Jungle Formula Tropical when we were there, plus mossie bands. I don't remember being bitten at all.
Get the highest level of Deet possible, and use it religiously.
I'm with Corinne76, JF has a higher concentration of DEET, if you pick up the right one. The higher the better, as well as taking anti-malarial medication. Plus I burn locally bought mosquito coils on balconies/by windows, and also buy a good "knock-down" repellant wherever I go (Raid seems to be availbale in many destinations).
