was absolutely shocked to find out that although I have upgraded to a 1 bed apartment All inclusive with a kitchen, I have to pay 15euro's to hire a kettle plus 10euro deposit, even though it states in the First Choice brochure that the kitchen comes complete with kettle toaster and so on.. surely if they say kettle is included then it should also say subject to you paying to use it???!!! We are staying at the Barcelo la galea and I emailed them to ask about the kettle and was told you have to hire the one that is in your room, only the new superior rooms have free to use kettles in them!!!! Has anybody else experienced this????
