Have just dug out my travel kettle which looks like it has seen better days. Haven't had to take one in recent years as either SC or facilities in the room. Need one for our September holiday though as I do like a cuppa first thing in the morning!
Anyone recommend a very lightweight one - have looked at one by Wahl - which is stainless steel and looks pretty good.
Pippa
Argos have got a couple of cheapies at the moment.
Got one in Asda the other day for £7.50. It's nowhere near the quality of the ones we already have, but we wanted a dual voltage one that switches off automatically.
That's what I had in Argos, I think it was £7.99. The accompanying cups were tiny, but they served their purpose.
Oh the cups that came with it were binned as soon as we got home. We always take our own mugs.

from Argos.
£9.99
It's fine (cups also binned)
It takes a while to boil but gives you enough for 2 big mugs of tea.
