Hi Debs, One place you might try is the "Briz Village ". This is a restaurant/bar right on the sea front. You can't miss it as it's well advertised and Entrance is free .You don't have to eat there, drinks only suffices. It hosts a Bulgarian folk show nightly, this includes dancers,singers and the kids will be fascinated by the firewalker who entertains everyone.
It's also worth just walking into some of the large hotels and seeing what's on offer.
