We visited Korcula last year. It is a beautiful island and we had a fantastic stay. Couple of points that might be useful - access to the water is tricky in places as there are no beaches as such. If you catch a water taxi to the other side of the island, there are some beaches there. There are (currently) not many places to eat - suggest eat early or be prepared to queue. If you are travelling from Dubj airport - it is a long journey to the island the the driving is ! I would not recommend all inclusive yet - the food is not very good although I'm sure it will improve as the tourists level does. For us it was like visiting Greece 20 years ago - enjoy while still relatively crowd free.
