Me and my boyfriend are thinking of booking up the Krabi Thai Village for my 21st birthday for the last 2 weeks in October.
As this is the end of the rainy season we are a bit concerned that things might not be open in October. Does anybody know if this is the case?
Also does anybody know if this hotel is in a good location with regards to restaurants and any bars? Also for going on day trips to Phi Phi island etc?
Thanks
Not stayed myself but have eaten in a restaurant about 100 yards from hotel, so know the area. Plenty of restaurants in vacinity. Ao Nangs quite a developed resort these days so I imagine there will be quite a few restaurants and shops open. About 10 mins stroll to Ao Nang beach area where you should be able to get trips out to Phi-Phi on speed boats. If not then its a short trip to Krabi town proper to catch larger boats to the islands.
A friend of mine recently stayed at this hotel and his words were that this Hotel is fantastic with very good service.
we have it listed in our reviews but its still waiting for its review Have to say that I have looked at that hotel with a view to staying when we ever get to Krabi )
Sorry, can't help with the weather info , but you have chosen a cracker of a hotel, I stayed there around 5 years ago and loved it, the rooms are fantastic
Does anybody know how cheap it is once you get out there? To actually stay in the Krabi Thai Village is going to cost about £1100 each just for bed & breakfast. So I am hoping that it is quite cheap once you get out there.
Also we have found the holiday cheapest on the hayes and jarvis website. Any ideas if anywhere else might do a cheaper deal than them?
Thank you
