I do not have their contact details, even though I met them during my last three visits to Protaras.

However, if it is of help to you....
I do have an email address and Telephone number for "Panios", the guy who owns the Zodiac Bar.

This bar is situated on the same road as the La Pas bar, and he probably knows Adam.

Perhaps you could help me ...I was after a place/bar which would allow a group of 32 to hold party in a corner of their bar ....we'd be happy to organise a dj if they would let us have one .......When I was out in Cyprus in July 2005 Las Pas seemed interested , but I have since found out they are not , because of the footy being on . Although noone of interest , is playing on the day we want our party .

Hi Anneka,

Difficult One !

The majority of the bars/hotels along the main road (Protaras Road), especially in high season have their own
"entertainment evenings", so you may have difficulty.

When I was there in June 2002 during the last world cup,
the bars were showing the football matches each day.
Even when there wasn't a live game on, they were showing the "repeats" of previous matches.

The only thing that I can suggest is on your first few days in resort,
checkout the bars off the main road, they may not get as busy,
and they may be glad to have 34 people ascending of them.

It is situated on Protaras Main Road.
Go past the La Pas Bar, and turn left at the T junction, and its a few minutes walk away.

This bar does have a Big Video Screen, so they may have the football on

Just for your info :

Hotels Road.

Try the Return of the King. Go to the Sfinx Bar(approaching from the "strip"), then turn right. ROTK is about 200 yards on the other side of the road.

Its a great bar, and as its away from the strip will be glad of your custom.

Highly recommended.

Ill look it up and see if I can find it ......we go this coming Sunday - cant wait ...I would really love to get this bit sorted though so thanks for your suggestions
