Regarding the lakes,

If you go into a bookshop in the UK such as WH Smith, you can buy a Michelin map of the Costa Del Sol. The map number you require is 124.

This is a comprehensive map which shows all the lakes and routes which will help you.

hi we use to live there

from fuengirola you go to the new road(toll road)
head towards malaga
the road branches for madrid signposted
you will see sign posts for antequera after about 5 mins follow straight in to the town.....
