Has anyone been on a language course abroad?
I'm looking to go to Cuba for a month on a spanish course, probably throught cactuslanguages.
Wondered if anyone had any experiance of how tiring an intensive course might be or other thoughts.
I done a one week course in Spain to help me practice conversation, stayed with a Spanish family which was good aswell. You can learn alot in a month so I reckon it'd be money well spent, as long as you try to use what you have learned in class outside on the streets.
I've been thinking of doing something similar with the added bonus of Salsa classes next spring and found the following:

They certainly have an extensive programme in Cuba and other Spanish speaking countries so they might be worth a look.
SM
http://www.applelanguages.com/ They have a great website and you can learn Spanish, German, Italian, German and more with them.
For a Cuba specific course, you can try http://www.applelanguages.com/en/learn/spanish/cuba.php.
All the best with your decision!
