Your local travel agent is probably your best bet. Give them a budget and i'm sure they'll fix you up with somthing. Alternatively, try tour operator website.They have late deals sections.

Also if you can post aprox dates and budget, how many adults etc you'll probably find the nice people of HT will find you a bargain! 
Thanks to both of you. The people on HT are wonderful but I couldn't possibly ask them to find me a holiday
