Hi there, we stayed there in April We were one of the first to experience All inclusive. If you look back you should be able to find my review. The apartments are located on a slight incline just a couple of minutes away from the beach. The White Horse, Plazza and The Triangle all all within a stones throw. As you come out of the apartments just do a left and they're there.
If you were to turn right and walk up for a few hundred yards, you will see a bar on your left hand side called La Murada, this is at the top of a street called Calle Londre which has an abundance of really good bars. The Drop Inn for one is a great place for breakfast, it has a lovely sunterrace and the food and service is really good. They also have daily papers available for customers to read for free!!
The main area for the night life is on Calle Gerona which is about a 10 minute walk away although The Rincon area which is just up the road from Calle Londre is really up and coming and is now often known as the new strip I personally like that area better as it's not as rough and people are more friendly. Look out for The Rock n Roll Bar, Rachels and The Tropical which are all great bars. They are on the road where The Melia, The Levante Club Hotel and The Flamingo Oasis are which is called SEVERO OCHOA. If you go to the bottom of Calle Londre and turn right they're about a 5 minute walk away. Before you get to them, there's a good chinese on your right called The China Garden where you can get a 3 course set meal with either a beer, a glass or a soft drink for an unbelievable 4.95 euros. If you're up that way through the day then The Little Belfast bar facing The Levante Club Hotel is a good bar to go to.
Have Fun
