I'm sure it's been covered lots of times, but I'm looking for a consensus if possible
 - flying within Europe (UK to Cyprus as it happens), do we reckon we're better off using padlocks (non TSA, but we aren't going to USA anyway), or cable ties to keep away the opportunist bent baggage handler. No offence to all the honest and hard working ones obviously
