Can't really help with having a suit made to measure but can confirm that they have amazingly cheap suits in the department stores in the larger towns and cities. My other half managed to get 2 suits in Valentines store in Varna (1 was Italian made), both really good quality, fully lined and excellent finish for around £35 each, they will also do any alterations for you. Hope this helps.

Past one shop selling suits in Sunny Beach. Didn't go in, so can't tell you whether you could get made to measure or just off the peg.

When I was in sunny beach, my husband had a suit made, it was in bourgas, not too sure about suit shops in SB, you may be able to get a ready-made suit in resorts, but you should travel to bourgas more more choice.
