I've never booked with them myself, but Maxy travel seems to be very popular.
Walk down into Fuengirola and they're situated on the promenade, passed the port.
Unfortunately their website has been either 'off line' or 'under construction' for quite some time.

I find it cheaper to hire a car and apart from the places you mention Ronda, and Granada are within easy reach, even done Seville too. If you dont fancy hiring have you considered the train from Malaga to Ronda? Only about 1hr 50 mins it gives you 5 hours in Ronda.
