Hi -Dont know about Santa Maria but http://www.alpharooms.com have some at Los Geranios, although they may be your standard company rented out ones. If you want a nice well cared for 2 bed on there, send me a PM as I have phone no.s for a couple of people who own 2 beds on the complex who also rent out privately.
