Papa, you need to have made at least 15 posts in order to get access to the chatrooms.
Perhaps the recent tidy up of the forums has resulted in some of your posts being deleted.

So Mark are you saying I need to make up more posts to get back in after I have been a member since 2005.If this is the case it could happen to other members without warning.It maybe a good idea to add a memo on the forum informing other members that this may happen to them.Cheers Paul

I gave up trying to use the chat room. Don't know whether its this end or what...but it was just soooo slow. I'd type something.... make a pot of tea (well...it SEEMED to take that long LOL!)...and the 'writing' would then appear. I'd submit...and it would take another age for it to 'display'..by which time everyone else had gone home !LOL
we dont all have so many hols as you to talk about
you don't have to have had many holidays to be able to answer other member's questions. Have a look through the forums, I'm sure you'll find someone you can advise
