Hi,
i booked a holiday through love holidays holidays at the end of Oct for August 2018. I paid in full at the time of my booking.
Im now being told that due to an error in loading their room rates the hotel is unable to honour my reservation at the cost they quoted.
I now have to pay £370 to keep my current booking, book an alternative or get a refund. Can they do this?
so annoyed right now!
