I booked Los Fiscos Hotel Puerto Del Carmen through this company for 1 week all inclusive from 20 November, however they emailed today to say that Los Fiscos is closing for refurbishment and they have upgraded us to Pocillos Playa Hotel instead. I'm wondering has anyone experienced ths happening before, should I be worried or not? As this is the first time I have booked everything independently. (I asked for a new confirmation email stating the changes but have not received it as yet, although I was only emailed this morning regarding the change so maybe I should give it more time.
