We wemt last easter for a family holiday, we had a fab time, weather was glorious and nearly everywhere was open. We enjoyed it so much that we are returning this Easter.

Magaluf was busy without being overcrowded. We did notice that there were lots of stag and hen parties. We stayed in the Martinque apartments, they were full of groups, all were having a great time without being too mad. I think that due to the low cost airlines alot more people are doing short breaks espaecialy to celebrate birthdays etc. Torrenova was busy, they also had a USA aircraft carrier stationed in Palma at the time with hundereds of Marines visiting Magaluf. I`m sure you will have a great time.

Easter is a funny time in Magalluf. It's not quite got into the high season, the weather's normally nice, but it's sometimes a bit flat.

The reason for this is that the cost of a family holiday during the Easter School Holidays is quite high, and also that there is usually a junior football tournament taking place involving an age group of approx 13 - 15 and I remember last year that quite a few of our customers were complaining about high jinx in the Hotels from these mainly Spanish and Portugese youths in the early hours of the morning. I would guess that there must have been maybe 200 of them.

However Christine is right, we had the USS Theodore Roosevelt in last year at that time, and although they were on a midnight curfew, they were very well behaved, and very good spenders and tippers!

Most of the bars and restaurants will be open, however, and I'm sure you'll have a good time.

thanks for that - glad its NOT heaving - much prefer it when you can get served at a bar and have a chat on with folk. My days of 18-30 holidays and wanting it to be as busy as possible are defo long gone!!
