Help, can someone please tell me if this hotel has internconnecting rooms or a room with a separate bedroom not just an alcove for the children.
thank you.
Stayed there in Nov 2005 and had a wonderful time. It's one of the few AI's that don't restrict your access to the bar and they have a number of theme restaurants that you can reserve a table at (no extra charge). Private beach and friendly staff just top it all off.
When we stayed, the kids had their own room and I'm not sure if they offer family rooms or if any of them are adjoining.
Most importantly, you have picked a very nice place and I'm sure you will have a good time.
Top tip, practice your French and most of the staff will understand you. Be prepared for the fact that you will gain weight, there's food everywhere and all the time.
Briar,
I thought I had posted a review on this hotel just after our visit. Mmmm, strange!

There is a 2 roomed 'family room' but whether you can book it through Thomson is another matter! You might have to book direct to get one.
stayed here in July 2007; a truly excellent hotel. My wife and teenage daughter stayed in a family room (actually two rooms) which consisted of a living area, very large, with balcony, tv, sofa, and chairs. The bathroom was accessed from here. The sofa converted into a double bed for our teenage daughter. The living area was then connected to a double bedroom by two sliding solid wood doors. This bedroom had usual bedroom furniture and also its own balcony. This family room was not merely two interconnected bedrooms; it was purpose built as a two roomed unit and accessed from the corridor by one door. All was of course fully air conditioned. We booked over the internet with Thomson's; the hotel description included the availability of the family room but the option to book this did not always show when requesting room availability. We booked in approx November 2006 for a stay in July 2007. Most of the other guests at this hotel are German, Austrian,French,Belgian & Dutch; not many British but we dont mind (usually much better!) You will find it difficult to book one of these rooms as they are presumably allocated mainly to our continental friends as they are in the majority and also this hotel is very popular and is difficult to book for any type of room in the peak times.
