I have just been reading this story about two young people who have died after drowning when swimming in stormy conditions in Salou.
I don't think its the right time to question why they were swimming in these conditions, but probably is a good time to remind people that at this time of year many Spanish beaches remove their lifeguards so if you get in trouble you are on your own.

My sympathies to the families of those involved.

Also, the young lady was the only remaining daughter for her parents after her sibling was killed in the Dunblane Massacre.
My thoughts are with the parents, friends and families of both victims.
My thoughts are with her parents and family, and those of the man who was with her. Lets hope and pray that the press respect the families privacy at this time and don't start printing stories about her sister, the family are suffering enough.
