We are all quick to criticize the Goan authorities, myself most definitely included, but a reduction in drownings from 72 last year to 3 this year is a brilliant achievement by anybody's standards.

Thats great news! If you didn't know about the current i'm not supprised people get into trouble! I'm a good swimmer and I nearly got in trouble first time I went.
