Thought this was the more appropriate forum as we are dealing with Greece.

Originally booked with Simply Greece for a holiday flying to Kalamata from Manchester May 11th 2008. Just before Christmas we had a letter telling us the Manchester flight no longer existed early season and wouldn't begin operating until 25th May and we would now be flying from Gatwick. As you can imagine, as well as incurring extra travel costs and arrangements this is most definitely not convenient. We decided we still wanted the holiday and grudgingly accepted these changes.

Now, having spoken with various people travelling the same route, originally booked on the same flight but with different companies, I find they have somehow been put onto the only other Manchester flight leaving for Kalamata, the XL. flight.Other people, travelling on the 4th May and 18th May seem to be on a flight leaving Manchester but picking up at Gatwick enroute. My questions are; why isn't this happening on the 11th May?Why can't we return on the 25th May to Manchester knowing a flight will be arriving at Kalamata from Manchester on that date?

Please, if anyone else is travelling early May, especially 11th May, from Manchester to Kalamata, let me know. The flight was originally the Mytavel flight leaving around 8am. I know Sunvil, Greek Options, Manos, Simply Greece and Direct Greece were all using this flight.
