If anyone has stayed here, please could you advise me on roughly how many steps there are up to the 1st floor apartments? My mum although quite sprightly for her age had an accident a few months back which unfortunateky has left her with a painful knee. She would be able to manage a few steps but if there is quite a few, she would struggle. We have booked through alpha rooms so therefore havent actually requested 1st floor apartments, but after reading reviews I was going to email the Hotel direct and ask for them. Are the ground floor apartments that bad?? Because if they are and the first floor is too much for her to cope with, I may cancel and book alternative accomodation within cala n bosch.
I really would appreciate any help asap as I am due to pay my balance very soon.
