Hello.
I have been holidaying in Turkey for around the past 5 years with my parents, and this year im off to Faliraki. I was just wondering, if like Turkey, they have big markets out there? u no selling the fakes n bits n bobs etc in Rhodes anywhere?
Any info would help xx
In the old town of Rhodes, there are streets and streets full of little shops. All very narrow and bussly, selling the usual holiday stuff and fake stuff.
If you go to Rhodes Town there are shops, but a lot of these sell genuine stuff as well.
Marmaris in Turkey is best, you can go to the bazaar which has loads of cheap shops

Really not the same league as Turkey, Rhodes is much more Westernised than Turkey, you really can feel the difference between being in Asia and being in Europe.
suggest you get some ceramic plates or some leather goods, some ouzo or raki, don't go for the Turkish market, as you have done this for the last 4 years.
