although they are first choice flights i got them about 40 cheaper each from sunstar, this company has some complaints for accommodation so if you see any bargains with them check the reviews first

ive done a few diy and all have been good,
we didnt like ovacik that much as too quiet and nothing there, not a lot there except other hotels and apartments this area is a lot cheaper for hotels though ,its about another mile from olu deniz but getting nearer to fethiye, just depends if you want to be totally quiet then ovacik, near most of the pubs, shops etc then hisaronu, or near the beach and some shops and bars then pick olu deniz, everyone likes different things so you must decide lol, good luck im having a game looking for next year as got to change my hotel grrr
It's a pain looking and deciding when there is so much choice {or not re airports} hope you get sorted soon. No, I want shops ect so might stick to Olu ect

Sorry - I meant bed and breakfast -they do a half board option but the a-la-carte food is much better and not expensive.
They have a website -I can't remember what it is but it comes up on google when you type in celay. Hope you find something good
Sue
Thank you Sue, I will take a look
The entire area is very scenic and beautiful and there are lots of things to do and see.
I would highly recommend the Leda Hotel http://www.ledahotel.com and if you e-mail Jane there, you'll be amazed at how reasonable it is to stay there by booking directly. Jane will also arrange your return transfers from Dalaman leaving you with just the flights to book.
You could also look at a package from http://www.kandsholidays.com or a late bargain from http://www.jewelholidays.com
Cruisecontroller, you have a pm
the hisar holiday club in hisaranu is great in centre of town yet still quiet and private great staff and great restraunt a turkish man and his british wife run it and we had no probs at all and its just a short trip away from olu deniz's fantastic beaches
Just come back from 2 weeks in Hisaronu. Stayed in Sea Breeze apartments which were immaculate. 2 lovely pools and great restaurant with friendly staff and very good value. Transfer from airport was 50 minutes. Never had an average meal as all were very good and its still cheap to eat out. Went to Marmaris twice before and prefer Hisaronu. Marmaris too commercialised now. All seven of us had a great time. With the mountains in the background it gets a little breeze during the day which doesnt feel as hot.
http://www.holidays-4u.co.uk they do lots of places in ovacik, hisaronu and olu i travelled with them in may to hisaronu and they were excellent- great reps etc they usually have really cheap prices too!! if not a package even try flight only with them then look at http://www.medhotels.co.uk for some accomodation
i havent read the whole thread but i don't know if anyone has suggested Not booked yet, still looking at different places ect
Cruisecontroller, you have another PM
