I was insulted by the guy in Barons (Icmeler) one night as I walked past him, and I was speechless. The more I thought about it, the angrier I became.

The following evening (short story) I walked past his restaurant again, just to tell him that if he ever spoke to me like that again, I would call 153 and report him. I told him it wouldn't be the first time the restaurant had been closed because of him, and if he ever insulted me again, I would ensure that he personally would be reported, after I take a photo of him and the restaurant.

I am not saying Barons is a bad meal, I dont know, I have never drank or ate in there, and thats purely because of this guys reputation that I have read on the forums.

Such a shame that people like him and others like him in other Turkish resorts stick in peoples minds. It wont stop me going back to Icmeler, and I certainly wont avoid this particular idiot, but I will certainly report him or others if they treat me with disrespect. As CB says, we wouldn't put up with it at home, so why should we take it because we are in a foreign country!
