Tried to get a booking there some years ago before it went all inclusive. However, we would not consider staying in a hotel on full board or all inclusive.
We have eaten there and spent a day by the pool. It has to be classed as a very high standard, the service was excellent and every where very clean and the staff just great.
The location is about a mile from the Victor Excotia / Acron Centre heading towards the Fort. It is set back off the main road and it's gardens lead down onto the beach.
If we could get just B&B we would stay there.

Sated there 8 years ago and visited most years since. Used to be great, was it open last season? I passed by on the beach side and noticed that the gates were destroyed by the erosion and the 'gazebo' was going to be next. I think it was being refurbished, possibly.

I got friendly with the masseur (Tiger) who was great at his job (trained) and very informative about what was going on locally and who/what to avoid.

Anyway, a good location with the Palms & Sands right next door (or what is left of it). My only criticism now is that you can't walk down the beach to Aguada, you have to cut in somewhere to avoid the rocks.
