Looks possible that after the monsoon anyone getting married in Goa will be requied to have a mandatory AIDs/HIV test to be able register the marriage.

Depending on the tests they use it could give the results back instantly but these tests are banned in most countries, but most take a few days to a week. So some more red tape to get out the way like theres not enough already.
