Hi I recently went on a all inclusive holiday and had booked a 5 star hotel and resort. Before we went I noticed on trip adviser that some who had booked the same holiday found they had been put into different hotel. So I e mailed the travel company and advised them what I had read and asked them to confirm that I would be staying in the hotel I had booked and not another hotel. They e mailed me back and confirmed that my hotel was the one I had booked and not another one . When we got to the hotel we were told we would not be staying there but in a hotel across the road but we could use all the faculties of the main hotel They also advised us this is what the travel company had booked The hotel they put us in was a budget hotel 2star not 5 star and we had lots of problems .We contacted the travel company immediately We asked for another 5 star hotel or for them to get us rooms in the main hotel or get us home . They could do none of these things so we had to stay and had one of our worst holidays All this is recorded on e mails. What can I do about getting my money back as I feel I have been miss lead and Miss sold to
