They are asking for passport information of all travelling persons, which will be forwarded to the Home Office.
They state that this comes in to effect as from 1st December 2009, just wondering if this is Monarch only or all airlines going to India.
If anyone does not receive e-mails from there flight only provider or travel agent and are travelling after 1st December 2009 then I will suggest contacting them for more information, it does state in the e-mail from Jewel, that failure to return the forms may result in delays at check-in, refused boarding or a longer time at immigration in India.
