a bankers draft may be better at least your bank will be able to track it

paying directly to there account may be a bit dodgy

i work for natwest!! please dont boo!!! it just about pays my mortgage!! we would charge @£12 for a bankers draft but i think your best option is electronic transfer which the bank can trace!! the price varies as you can do a relay one which works out cheaper but it takes longer to get there about 5-7 days i think.and you can also do these in currency which may work out better for you. dont know exact prices as i have just gone back to work after maternity leave but will find out if you would like me to.

If you can wait until January for the euro, then firms like http://www.moneybookers.com will be handy. We use them often to send money to Australia.

We tried using them to send money to Cyprus, but they will only send euros there. I couldn't even send sterling from the UK to my sterling account in Cyprus. Well, I could, but I'd be clobbered with charges.
