Hi booked a package holiday including transfers, but after getting lots of advice i have decided to book private transfer as its a lot less hassle with a 3 yr old in toe!

Have you actually paid for transfers? Those holidays I have taken with them has included it in the price.
One tip if you do organise your own, please tell the rep at the airport. One year we were hanging around for a long time because someone did not. As someone had lost their baggage people thought they must have done the same.

yeah i'll be telling them i can imagine how annoying it is waiting for some one who's already gone!!

Nope, no cash back unfortunately - you didnt pay a penny for them therefore you dont get a penny back
