I know you can hire bikes and I'm sure I've seen large mountain bikes (I'm 6'2") but I'm not sure about hire costs ?

do they only hire per day or can you get them for a few days/week (and if so how do you go on storing them at the hotels ? do they give you a bike lock ?..)..
