Personally I'd be booking now, the chances of prices coming down are very low becos' as previously stated the wedding and extra BH mean that peeps can get away on holiday without using up half their annual leave entitlement!

Chances are the longer you leave it, the higher the price is going to rise and then you won't be kicking yourself that it's costing £250 more than when you first started looking...it could be £350, £500 or you may not be able to get booked at all.

exactly the same happened to me i found a price i was happy with but wasnt sure if i could get the holiday.i looked again the next day and it had gone sky high,it stayed high for about a week then started to drop slowly now its back to the right price and i cant book it for family reasons.the only thing i find with holding out you may loose the hotel that you want,but if you have a few hotels in mind i say to hold out i allways get the price i want i usually book with travel republic good luck
