Chances are the longer you leave it, the higher the price is going to rise and then you won't be kicking yourself that it's costing £250 more than when you first started looking...it could be £350, £500 or you may not be able to get booked at all.
exactly the same happened to me i found a price i was happy with but wasnt sure if i could get the holiday.i looked again the next day and it had gone sky high,it stayed high for about a week then started to drop slowly now its back to the right price and i cant book it for family reasons.the only thing i find with holding out you may loose the hotel that you want,but if you have a few hotels in mind i say to hold out i allways get the price i want i usually book with travel republic good luck
