Yes Natalie's steakhouse is still there, I have eaten there on numerous occasions at night, as well as had their lovely breakfast, oh and don't forget the nice Steak Baguettes that goes nice with a cold effes around mid morning.

its about 200 metres up the beach from the Mehtap and does very well. No hassle ,just a good reputation

They have a second Natalie's restaurant which opened last year, same people, same food, its further down the beach towards Marmaris, by the new hotel which is also owned by the same people. I think the hotel was called Marmaris Beach?? or something similar

I am also going back to Marmaris in May and as always will be visiting Natalie's. We've made some great friends there. I'm sure that you will remember some of the staff, as some of them have been there since it first opened in 1995. This will be our 4th year. Some of the original staff have moved to the new restaurant. Last year, we ate in one restaurant and then went and had a drink with the others in the other restaurant. They even took us out clubbing after they had finished working last year. We had a great night. I'm sure you'll enjoy and they will make you very welcome.

The new hotel is Marmaris Beach Hotel

I can recommend the Hotel, I stayed there last July for a week and it was superb. Clean and comfortable. You even get 10% discount from the 2 Natalies Restaurants if you are booked in the hotel. Alexandra's is the other Sister restaurant, so there are 3 in total, and the food is stunning.
