I have tried to change a booking via the otbeach website but they have not responded. The booking is for the hotel only for one person. It was made as a single booking because of the difficulty on their website of booking 3 rooms for 5 people. I have already been in communication with the hotel to advise them that there will be a change on one member in our party.
If we don't get any response from otbeach will it be safe to just change the flight (Aegean Flight) and hope for the best when we get to the hotel. The hotel voucher will have the wrong name on it! But they will have my email
We travel on the 29th August
I don't think it will matter as long as the rooms booked and the reference numbers match it should be fine.....the flight is the important thing name wise
