Can't give any advice on the New Dolmen I'm afraid - but have to agree about the converted lorry! Totally fab slushes (I think I tried the watermelon) - only problem is they can give you brain freeze! I've got a feeling it's called Tony's?

Hi!

I went to the New Dolmen last year and it was great! Wish I was going back this year! I had read some bad reviews and was actually dreading the holiday, but it was one of the best I've had!

You either love Malta or hate it, as you can guess we love it! The hotel is clean, the food ok (not great, but ok) the pools, I think there are 4 of them are all brilliant. My kids loved it and so did we.

The only down side was that there wasn't a lot of English people there, mainly Italians, but having said that I would go back like a shot! Have a great holiday and if you get the chance go to Gozo for the day, you can catch a ferry. :D

The Tourism Minister recently announced that a sandy beach will be developed in Bugibba near the New Dolmen Hotel. It is supposed to be ready for the summer of 2006.
