Hi-
I am planning a holiday in NY and Orlando and will be in NY on the weekend of May 23/05/08 - Memorial Weekend.
I realise NY will be full of holidaying americans but will they be visiting the tourist attractions with us or will they be partying in the bars?
Just how busy will it be?
if anyone has any advice or experience I'd be very grateful for your replies.

Corry1- Memorial Day commemorates those who died in Military Service for the USA, so it't not a holiday that is usually accompanied by partying....
New York is always full of tourists- but it sorta depends which area you're in- if you're in midtown Manhattan there will be lots.
Memorial Day marks the official start of summer for lots of school districts so families are starting vacations then.
