Hi

I'm trying to plan ahead for when we're over in the Algarve in three weeks time - planning holidays is my favourite pastime! - and was wondering if anyone could recommend a nice restaurant in, or just outside, Faro for our ‘Last Supper' before leaving Portugal to come home. We'll be driving to the airport from Carvoeiro and will need to be eating at about 6ish, as we have to be at the airport at 8 ready for our flight at 10pm. We would normally eat later, but have flown from Faro 3 times before and there isn't much there, and it's the usual high prices due to it being an airport. Plus, the food I've had there before wasn't great (I swear the chicken burger I once had was grey and I honestly thought it might have been not so freshly made from one of the pigeons that reside there!).

Anyway, if anybody knows somewhere that will be easy to find, and does good, reasonably priced food I would be really happy to hear from you. I've only been into Faro once before, so don't know it very well, but if it's in the centre and simple to get to, then that should be fine.
