I understood that the Oram case was being heard in the High Court on July 18th - anybody know the outcome? Their own website seems to have no entries on it beyond July 16th.

The hearing finished last Friday 21st and the judge has reserved his judgement, which means that it could be sometime before the outcome is known.
The ORAMS knew that the cheap property they bought in the OCCUPIED NORTH OF CYPRUS could have been built on a greek cypriot refugees land, but greed got the better of them.
My advice is dont risk your money & future by buying property that could have been built on someone elses land, most of the land in the north at least 88% is owned by greek cypriots who were forced from there homes during the 1974 TURKISH INVASION OF CYPRUS.
The deeds that the dodgy english & turkish estate agents give you are worthless.

As I have stated on mumerous occasions before...... these discussions get very heated and might best be had on forums that are dedicated to discuss political issues.
