I have never driven my self from the airport, all I know is you head north !!!! I'm sure it's well signposted. As for parking there is plenty of parking next to the hotel, mainly in the middle of the road, and, best thing is it's free.

From the airport, you have to do :

* take the road LZ-2 direction ARRECIFE,
* before the city area entrance, on your left take the LZ-3 direction COSTA TEGUISE
* then at city area entrance (COSTA TEGUISE) take the LZ-14 / Avda de las Palmeras
* turn right to calle de las Higuenillas
* turn right to avda del mar and here you are

the hotel should be on your left.
