Looking for info on Ola Club Panama which is in Palma Nova. Has anyone been there or know of anyone who has ?

i searched for a while for details on this resort and i finally found one http://www.holidays-uncovered.co.uk/frames.htm you need to go to majorca palma nova under the letter P because its in there as panama theres only one but its well worth the read. i'm also going there in may and it sounds well worth the money. hope this helps xxxxxx

Well done folks for finding a reveiw on this Hotel. How did you book the Hotel, was it through Alparooms, direcy with hotel or through a travel agent. Looking forward to hear your comments on this hotel as I may book later in the year. Did you see the bit about self service bar OMG.

I have came across another report on this hoel from 2002 on the Holidayreports.com site. The hotel was called Hotel Club Panama, but I am not sure who ran the hotel then.

I first went to the travel agent to get a quote they told me it would be £1700.00 to book my all inclusive holiday in the last week of May 
I don't think so!!!!
Of course i went on line and did a little search bearing in mind this is the first time we have gone abroad as a family, so i was and still am a little nervous of booking a holiday this way ( reassurance from u guys would be great
) Well anyway i finally opted for last minute.com for a family of 4 two children (13,9). hotel price £564.28, flight bmi baby £501.52( be careful when booking with these they first charged full price for my 13 year old there is another section where u put in the child ages which goes upto 14 the first only went up to 11. All's i need to do now is arrange my insurance so far the holiday has cost me £1065.80 saving me £634.20

Thats good news and I think there should be no worries booking this way. Look into insureandgo they do a great deal for holiday insurane.
hello everyone, i have also been looking for info on this hotel as i am thinking of booking for may.i have searched loads of sites and have found alpha beds to be the cheapest! i am waiting for a costing from the ola hotel chain site before i take the plunge to book. from the web pages i'v looked at it seems very nice and good value for money. i'll let you know if the hotel site is cheaper than alpha.. hell.
How to HELL are you Did you get any word back from the hotel group as yet. I filled in a form to-day so have to wait for a price.

hi robert, no i havn't heard from ola hotel with a price,nor from another site that said it could beat any quote,though i can't remember which site it was as i'v looked at so many.

The Ola Panama has just be reburbished I understand, I got Mum and Dad to check out its position when they went on a cheapie to the Santa Lucia in January. It is up the same road as the Don Bigote and not far from one of the large supermarkets. You should get some good sea views from there. Obviously it was closed when they were there so they couldn't get a good look. It is owned by the same holiday company as the Hotel Bermudas which is also quite close to it. Direct Holidays usedld to market this one.
i am flying out next week for 2 weeks,i will let you know what it is like when i return in june.
Hi we looked around this hotel earlier this month when we were staying at the mimosa park. Its quite nice you help yourself to sprirts in the drinks area which ive never seen before in hotels we looked in dining area looked ok pool has a water slide in it. Overall looked quite nice and the don bigote hotel is opposite it not far from the beach a 3 min walk
thanks for that Celine. my parents in law had a quick look around last month and said it looked good,with plenty of stuff to keep the kids amused!
Anybody been to this hotel recently? According to the reviews it needs doing up and I wondered if it is happening. It looks like a bargain all-in holiday...
