Got back last week after spending a total of 16 days at the above resorts. We flew to Dalaman, where we were met with our hire car, then off on our way to Olu Deniz. From landing to arriving in resort took 1 hour & 45 mins. Stayed at the Lemon Tree Hotel for 5 nights, which was clean and basic and very cheap! Other places we visited whilst in Olu were Kayakoy (ghost village), Gemiler beach, Calis beach, and another beach on the other side of Fethiye not sure of the name, something like Karaadan(?). After an enjoyable few days we then headed off for Adrasan, which took three and a half hours passing through Turkish villages, lovely countryside, and magnificent scenery along the coast road which passes through Kalkan & Kas. We were pleasantly surprised on arriving at Adrasan, a very pretty unspoilt resort (night times mostly very quiet). We stayed at the Mithat Hotel which was very nice. Also visited Olympos ruins, Cirali, Phaselis ruins, Chimaera where the flames come out of the mountain, the lighthouse (can't remember the name of the place), Kemer and Tekirova.
After 7 nights in Adrasan, we were off on our travels again to spend our last 4 nights in Dalyan at the Patio Hotel. Went to Iztuzu beach, Sarigerme beach & village, Ekincik beach and Koycegiz. We liked Dalyan, and found there was a good mix for all different tastes.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Lucky enough to be going back again at the end of August when we will stay at one of our all time favourite places, Turunc.
Oh yes, nearly forgot to mention prices. Yes the price of food & drink have gone up a little, but we considered it to be still quite reasonable. The most we paid for a large Efes was 6 lira in Olu but other bars in the same resort we paid 4 or 5.
