I booked a holiday to Ibiza with On The Beach but had to cancel it last minute.
They have charged me a total price of my booking 783.90.
I went to hotels website to find out they only charge for one night in case of last minut cancelation.
Today i received an email from OTB saying 783.90 fee exluding cancelation charge.
Are they really want me to pay more than original price for the holiday i didnt go?
When i contacted them they said there will be no refund at all
